Refunds Policy | Priority Tradelines

  • If any Tradeline purchased does not report to at least 2 out of 3 credit bureaus, we will provide a replacement Tradeline with a similar value and/or credit limit/credit history.

  • The replacement Tradeline will be posted with the closest next reporting date possible until it successfully appears on your credit report.

  • If the original Tradeline has a high credit limit and/or significant credit history, we reserve the right to replace it with one or more Tradelines that together match the age and/or credit limit of the original Tradeline.

  • A FULL REFUND will be issued if the second attempt to match the Tradeline isn’t successful within 24-48 hours after written notice.
