Refund Policy | Priority Tradelines

At Priority Tradelines, we stand behind our services with a clear, fair, and transparent Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy. Your satisfaction, reporting quality, and the protection of our cardholder accounts are our top priorities.

When Refunds or Replacements Apply
Non-Posting Guarantee

If a purchased tradeline does not report to at least 2 out of 3 credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion), we will provide a replacement tradeline of equal or greater value.

The replacement tradeline will be added with the closest available reporting date, and Priority Tradelines will continue placement efforts until successful reporting is achieved.

Equivalent Value Replacement

If the original tradeline included a high credit limit and/or significant credit history, we reserve the right to replace it with one or more tradelines that collectively match the original’s age, credit limit, and overall impact.

This ensures clients receive the intended value of their purchase even if the exact tradeline becomes unavailable.

Full Refund Guarantee

If a second replacement attempt does not successfully report, a 100% refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after written confirmation of non-posting and verification requirements are met.

Cancellation & Placement Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Window

Clients and brokers may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided the tradeline has not yet been processed or placed on the account.

Approved cancellations within this window may be eligible for a refund minus any applicable processing or administrative costs.

After Placement (Authorized User Added)

Once a tradeline has been processed and the client has been added as an authorized user, the service is considered initiated and inventory has been allocated. At this stage, refunds are not guaranteed.

Removal of a client after placement — including partial reporting periods — creates operational, compliance, and financial risk to the primary cardholder and cannot be treated as a standard cancellation.

For this reason:

  • Refunds are generally not issued after placement.

  • Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved cases may result in a prorated refund or account credit only.

  • All post-placement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Priority Tradelines.

Broker & Third-Party Orders

Orders placed by brokers, partners, or third parties are subject to the same refund, cancellation, and placement policies. Once a tradeline has been placed on the account, refunds are not guaranteed, regardless of whether the request is made by the broker or the end client.

Client Verification Requirement (No Exceptions)

Refunds or replacements apply only to tradelines that fail to post. No refunds are issued for tradelines that have already posted to the credit report.

Clients must provide a recent credit report from all three bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) within 48 hours of the scheduled reporting date to verify non-posting before a refund or replacement is issued.

Failure to provide verification within this timeframe may result in ineligibility for refund or replacement review.

Refund Processing
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days after approval.

  • Bank or payment provider posting times may vary.

Important Service Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, the client and/or broker acknowledges that tradeline services involve timed placement, reporting cycles, and limited inventory allocation. Delays in cancellation requests, especially after placement, may limit or eliminate refund eligibility.
